Managed cold email outbound

20 qualified sales calls.
On your calendar.
In 60 days.

I build and run the outbound system that puts qualified sales calls on your calendar. You take the calls. Everything before that point is handled.

21 days to build and warm  ·  10 calls a month once live  ·  20 in 60 days, guaranteed

Matti Yohannes, founder of Onyx AI Agents MATTI YOHANNES · FOUNDER

Who you're working with

I have sat on both sides of this conversation. I know what makes a buyer respond.

Hey, I'm Matti. Ten years in enterprise B2B sales, industrial software and complex services sold to some of the largest chemical and manufacturing groups in Europe. Along the way that added up to about 1.2M EUR in pipeline built from cold outreach, and in my current SaaS role a little over $23M in total booked value. Prospecting is the part of the job I never handed off, and it is the part I now run for you.

The system you get is the one I run on myself. Same prospecting, same copy discipline, same follow-up. I run it, you take the calls.

The problem

Most B2B founders lose the quarter to an empty calendar, not to a competitor.

Your offer converts. Your close rate is fine. The gap sits at the top of the funnel, and that is the one thing this system is built to fix.

Why most outbound fails

Outbound still works. Most people just run it badly.

It works when the sending infrastructure is real, the copy gets tested, and someone answers every reply the same day. Most vendors skip all three and invoice you anyway.

Option one

Hired an SDR

Roughly $5,000 a month for 3 months before the first meeting lands. Then they leave and you restart at zero.

Option two

Paid a retainer agency

Thousands every month, invoiced whether calls arrive or not. Your risk, their revenue.

Option three

Tried it in-house

Cold domains, untested copy, replies left sitting for days. Sending stops after 60 days and outbound gets written off.

There is a fourth option

You pay for calls that land on your calendar.

A modest monthly tech fee runs your infrastructure. Every dollar above that is tied to a qualified call sitting on your calendar, and if I miss 20 calls in 60 days you pay for none of them.

How it works

Four steps, fully managed.

I build it, run it, and answer every reply. You take the calls.

DAY 0 to 21Build and warm

Build the infrastructure

Dedicated sending domains, warmed mailboxes, and a verified prospect list built to your ICP. This takes 21 days and it decides whether you land in inboxes or in spam.

DAY 7 to 21Your approval

Identify and qualify your ideal buyers

I map the exact decision makers worth your time and send you the list. You approve every name before a single message goes out.

DAY 22 onwardSending live

Run systematic outbound campaigns

I write the copy, manage the sending, and answer every reply within the same business day. Conversations move forward once they meet the criteria you set.

DAY 22 to 81Guarantee window

Calls land on your calendar

You receive calendar invites from buyers who fit your ICP and asked for the conversation. Target is 10 qualified calls a month once sending is live, 20 across the 60 day window.

What you get

Everything that fills a pipeline. Handled for you.

ICP definition and list-building

I map the exact buyers worth your time and verify every contact before sending. You approve the list, so every call traces back to a name you chose.

Complete outbound infrastructure

Dedicated sending domains, warmed mailboxes, and tested copy, live within 21 days. Built to reach the inbox and stay there.

Reply handling and qualification

Every reply gets an answer the same business day. I qualify the prospect and move them forward once they match your criteria.

Calls booked to your calendar

Qualified buyers receive a calendar invite directly. You open your calendar and the conversation is already scheduled.

Monthly reporting and optimisation

You see reply rates, booking rates, and pipeline created every month. Copy and targeting get rebuilt around whatever is converting.

Full inbox and campaign management

I manage the whole operation from first send to booked call. Your job is showing up and closing.

Who it's for

Every B2B business needs a steady flow of leads.

The maths works once a customer is worth $15,000 or more to you over their lifetime. At that point one closed deal covers a full year of this system and everything above it is margin.

  • Customer lifetime value of $15,000 or more
  • Deals close in conversations, not in a shopping cart
  • You already have a proven offer and existing clients
  • You can handle 10 qualified calls per month
Where it pays back fastest
  • Commercial contractors HVAC · ROOFING · ELECTRICAL
  • Fractional executives CFO · COO · CMO
  • IT and managed service providers MSP
  • Executive recruiting firms SEARCH
  • B2B consultants and advisory firms ADVISORY
  • Commercial insurance brokers P&C

The guarantee

20 qualified calls in 60 days,
or every call is free.

The commitment

I deliver 20 qualified calls within 60 days of campaign launch. If I land 19, you pay for none of them. Every call delivered in that window becomes free and I write off the entire performance fee. The monthly tech fee keeps the infrastructure running either way. The number is the number.

Eligibility
  • You have a proven offer with at least 3 existing paying clients
  • You respond to booked leads within 4 business hours
  • You approve the ICP and prospect list before launch
  • You commit to 81 days: 21 to build and warm, then the 60 day window
  • You have a working sales process and can take calls

Common questions

Straight answers.

How does the pricing work?
A flat monthly tech fee covers the infrastructure: sending domains, warmed mailboxes, prospect lists, and outreach copy. On top of that you pay a fixed fee for every qualified call booked onto your calendar, billed only once the call is delivered. Both numbers get set on the strategy call based on your market and deal size, and if I miss 20 calls in 60 days every call I did deliver is free.
Why not just hire an SDR?
An SDR costs roughly $5,000 a month in salary and takes 3 months to ramp before the first meeting lands. Most leave inside a year and you restart at zero. This runs on a fraction of that, with sending live inside 21 days, and everything above the tech fee is paid on calls delivered.
What exactly does the tech fee cover?
Dedicated sending domains, warmed mailboxes, a verified prospect list built to your ICP, outreach copy written and tested, and full campaign configuration. Most providers charge several times this as a retainer and invoice it whether calls arrive or not.
How soon will I see results?
21 days to build and warm the infrastructure, then sending goes live. First booked calls usually land in the first week of sending. From there the target is 10 qualified calls a month, which is the 20 in 60 days I guarantee.
What makes a call qualified?
You define it during onboarding: company size, industry, revenue, job title, whatever filter matters to you. Only calls matching the profile you approved get counted, and only those get billed.
What if I already tried outbound and it didn't work?
Usually the channel was fine and the execution was the problem: cold domains, untested copy, replies left sitting, or a list built far too broad. Fix those four and outbound starts working again. That is exactly what the 21 day build covers.
